By accessing or using the Services, you are accepting this Agreement (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent) and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent). you may not access or use the Services or accept the Agreement if you are not at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, do not access and/or use the Services.

BOOKING

Mane Muse Beauty On Demand uses a third party booking site with the sole purpose of providing beauty services to it's customers by a beauty professional. Once a customer books an appointment a beauty professional is notified about the confirmed booking. Mane Muse Beauty On Demand beauty professionals shall be free in his or her sole discretion to determine their availability of the dates and times, in which they shall make himself or herself available to accept appointments in order to perform services to it's customers.

You are required to create an account with Mane Muse Beauty On Demand through the booking site or application in order to receive beauty services. When creating an account, you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. If you provide false or misleading information we reserve the right to revoke and discontinue services to you as a member.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to comply with the responsibilities set forth, upon purchase of services from Mane Muse Beauty On Demand: Provide a clean, safe and clutter free work-space; If you have any pets they must be placed in a secured room upon arrival and until the beauty professional leaves the location; provide a space with an electrical outlet and access to a sink with both cold and hot running water and children whom are not receiving services should not be present unless being supervised by someone other than the customer. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse to perform services for anyone that does not comply with the above mentioned responsibilities or if a beauty professional feels it is a unsafe work environment at their sole discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS

 You must provide us with a valid credit card (issued by Visa, MasterCard, or any other issuer accepted by us) (“Payment Provider”) as a condition to signing up for the Services. Upon the Mane Muse Beauty On Demand confirmation that an appointment has been completed your credit card or debit card will immediately be charged in full for the total cost of service. By providing us with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Mane Muse On Demand is authorized to immediately charge your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us here under and that no additional notice or consent is required. We may change the pricing for the Services (from time to time in our sole discretion) by updating the service  price list included in the Services and without any additional notice to you, provided that any changes will not affect any Services purchased prior to the notice.

 If you book any in-home beauty Service or purchase any product, you agree to pay the then-current applicable Service fee listed in the Services or the website of our third party booking site (“Booking Site”) as linked to from the Site or Application. We, or our booking site, will automatically bill your credit card submitted in ordering the Service on the date the Service is ordered, and each time you book an appointment thereafter. All payments are non-refundable, except in the event we cancel your appointment(see cancellation policy). If any fee cannot be charged to your credit card for any recurring appointments, we may provide you, via email, notice of such non-payment and a link for you to update your payment information or your appointment will be canceled.

CANCELLATION

 All appointments are charged for the total cost of service at the time of booking. You may cancel any appointment in accordance with the following terms: If canceled within five (5)to fifteen(15) minutes of a confirmed booking the customer will be charged 50% of the total cost of service as a cancellation fee. If the customer cancels more than fifteen(15) minutes after a confirmed booking they will be charged 100% of the total cost of service.You may reschedule your appointment up to four(4) hours before your scheduled appointment time, but may not reschedule within one(1) hour or less of the appointment time it will be considered a no call or no show.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may create promotional codes that may be redeemed for a credit at the time of booking. Unless otherwise expressly stated in additional terms we establish for a particular promo code, Promo Codes may only be used once per customer, multiple Promo Codes cannot be used in a single transaction or service visit. You also agree: Promo Codes may be disabled by us at any time for any reason without liability to us; Promo Codes have no cash value and Promo Codes may expire prior to your use.

DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Use of and browsing in this Website are at your own risk. Mane Muse is not liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of your use this Website.
