Cancelling/Changing appointment
All appointments are charged for the total cost of service at the time of booking. You may cancel any appointment in accordance with the following terms: If canceled within five (5)to fifteen(15) minutes of a confirmed booking the customer will be charged 50% of the total cost of service as a cancellation fee. If the customer cancels more than fifteen(15) minutes after a confirmed booking they will be charged 100% of the total cost of service.You may reschedule your appointment up to four(4) hours before your scheduled appointment time, but may not reschedule within one(1) hour or less of the appointment time it will be considered a no call or no show and all monies will be forfeited.

Duration of time vary per service and are estimated based upon length and texture of hair.
How do I get ready for the appointment?
- Provide a clean, safe and clutter free work space; If you have any pets they must be placed in a secured room upon arrival and until the beauty professional leaves the location; provide a space with an electrical outlet and access to a sink with both cold and hot running water and children whom are not receiving services should not be present unless being supervised by someone other than the customer.
- For extension hair services please be washed and blow dried prior to stylist arrival. If you are receiving makeup services please remove oil or previous makeup from face.
How do I pay?
- You will be directed to our third party booking site to create an account and schedule a service of your choice with one of our beauty professionals.
- At the time of booking, you must provide us with a valid credit card (issued by Visa, MasterCard, or any other issuer accepted by us) ("Payment Provider”) as a condition to signing up for the Services. Upon the Mane Muse On Demand confirmation that an appointment has been completed your credit card or debit card will immediately be charged in full for the total cost of service. By providing us with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Mane Muse On Demand is authorized to immediately charge your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us here under and that no additional notice or consent is required.
